Aaharshudhi Refund & Returns Policy

At Aaharshudhi – Ancient Healing, Modern Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our products are crafted using pure Ayurvedic ingredients and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, to ensure hygiene and safety.

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for consideration.

3. Return & Inspection Process

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

4. Refund Policy

  • If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced with the same product.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value, or a refund, as per customer preference.
  • Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Free or promotional items

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
